Looking for a Vive 4 wheel mobility scooter tiller lower knuckle / quill stem and adjustment bolt (~ 7-3/4"). See photo. Tiller currently slips out of alignment with the wheels. The threads on the current adjustment bolt / quill appear to be stripped.
