Mobility Parts Forum helps mobility users, repair engineers, dealers, suppliers, hire companies and mobility businesses connect. We do not take part in sales, repairs, bookings, deliveries, warranties, payments or private agreements made between members.
If you purchased something from another user, arranged a repair privately, unlocked contact details, booked hire equipment, shared your details or made an agreement outside the platform, that agreement was made directly between the people involved.
We cannot mediate disputes, recover money, chase parcels, verify part compatibility, force users to reply, confirm whether another user is trustworthy, or provide legal, engineering, electrical, battery or repair advice.
If your scooter is flashing lights, beeping angrily, refusing to move, or appears to have developed its own personality, please post a repair request. The community may be able to help suggest checks or next steps.
